Content Recycling
If you can find a course that you delivered but did not have the participation you expected, you can do something about it. Redesign it and prove that you care!
-
Read the signs
- Attitude towards existing content can provide useful hints about learners’ likes and dislikes. Their feedback can also point to pain areas that need redesign. Any other available data (from LMS) will provide valuable insights.
-
Redesign
- You have to rethink the whole project. Question the existing purpose, design and delivery. Explore your alternatives and choose the most appropriate, based on the new evidence.
-
Speed up & lower budget
- Available data and user feedback will speed up the redesign process. Reusing part of existing content will lower production cost. New purpose and goal may require less content and therefore reduce effort to produce.
