It is all about short & to the point eLearning content that can be immediately and effectively applied in the workplace.

Each content unit is max 10 minutes long, serves 1 specific objective and contains the following:

  • Present the situation, context and challenge to the learner.

  • Act

  • Provide opportunity to practice with appropriate feedback and consequences.

  • React

  • Connect the activity with real life situations and provide Call-to-action opportunities.
